Cancellation Policy

Camp Policies At Kensington Camps, we are dedicated to creating a safe, enriching, and enjoyable experience for every participant. To ensure fairness and clarity for families and staff, the following policies apply to all camp programs: 1.⁠ ⁠Minimum Enrollment -All camps are subject to a minimum enrollment requirement. -If fewer than 5 students register for a camp, we reserve the right to: -Relocate participants to another camp location with a greater number of students, or -Provide a full refund if relocation is not possible or convenient for the family. 2.⁠ ⁠Registration & Payment -Registration is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment. -Payments are non-transferable unless approved by the camp administration. -Spaces are limited and will be secured on a first-come, first-served basis. 3.⁠ ⁠Cancellations & Refunds -14 or more days before camp start → Full refund. -7–13 days before camp start → 50% refund OR option to transfer to a future camp session (subject to availability). -Less than 7 days before camp start → No refund, but credit may be offered toward a future program at the discretion of the camp. -If camp is cancelled by us (e.g., due to low enrollment, health advisories, or emergencies), families will be offered a full refund or credit.
